Silent Rage 1982

Dan Stevens, the sheriff of a small town, subdues John Kirby, a victim of medical experiments who had gone out of control and killed two people with an axe. After his arrest, Kirby attempts to escape, wounding two police officers, but is shot by other law enforcement officers. On the verge of death and admitted to the same experimental hospital where he had previously undergone “treatment,” John is exposed to an advanced drug that has not yet been tested on humans and becomes virtually invulnerable. After breaking free, he begins killing again.
