Planet Earth 2006

Planet Earth is a landmark documentary series produced by the BBC in 2006, representing one of the most ambitious and celebrated natural history projects ever undertaken. Across eleven episodes, the series embarks on a sweeping exploration of life on Earth, dedicating each chapter to a distinct natural habitat — from frozen poles and scorching deserts to ancient cave systems and dense tropical jungles. Employing groundbreaking filming techniques, Planet Earth brings viewers face to face with breathtaking aspects of our planet rarely, if ever, witnessed by human eyes.

Available for download in original Blu-ray Remux quality, preserving every detail of the BBC's stunning cinematography.

Episodes:

Ep.1 — From Pole to Pole
A century ago, Earth's human population stood at 1.5 billion. Today, more than 6 billion of us share this fragile planet. And yet, wilderness remains — vast, untouched, and waiting. This opening episode surveys the full breadth of our world, revealing its last wild frontiers as you have never seen them before.

Ep.2 — Mountains
Climbers risk everything to reach the highest summits on Earth. Some believe they are conquering these peaks — but in truth, we are merely visitors. Mountains are a cold, alien world of unearthly beauty, governed by forces far beyond human control.

Ep.3 — Fresh Water
Fresh water accounts for just 3% of all water on Earth, yet every living thing ultimately depends on it. These precious sources hold extraordinary secrets, from thundering waterfalls to serene hidden rivers, each sustaining life in ways both familiar and surprising.

Ep.4 — Caves
One of the last unexplored frontiers on our planet. Beneath our feet, stretching for kilometers in every direction, lie vast labyrinths of caves and tunnels — a mysterious underworld that only the most daring have ever dared to enter.

Ep.5 — Deserts
Deserts cover one third of Earth's land surface. These vast, seemingly barren expanses appear lifeless — but appearances deceive. Life has always found a way to persist in the desert, and it continues to do so against all odds.

Ep.6 — Ice Worlds
Both poles of our planet lie buried beneath ice — the most expansive and unforgiving deserts on Earth. Nowhere else do the seasons shift so violently. Each year the ice advances and retreats, and all polar life rises and falls with it.

Ep.7 — Great Plains
Endless, treeless, and silent — the great plains of the world seem empty at first glance. But the feeling is an illusion. These sweeping landscapes support the largest congregations of animals found anywhere on the planet.

Ep.8 — Jungles
The planet's great engine of biodiversity. Tropical rainforests cover just 3% of Earth's land surface, yet harbor more than half of all known species. How does such an extraordinary concentration of life coexist in a single environment?

Ep.9 — Shallow Seas
Fringing every continent, the shallow seas rarely exceed 200 meters in depth — yet they teem with life. Though they comprise only 8% of the world's ocean surface, these waters are home to the vast majority of all marine species.

Ep.10 — Seasonal Forests
Trees are among the most majestic organisms on Earth — some of the largest, tallest, and oldest living things in existence. The deciduous and coniferous forests of the temperate world form the most extensive woodland habitats on the planet, on a scale that must be seen to be believed.

Ep.11 — Ocean Deep
Beyond the reach of land lies the ocean — covering two thirds of Earth's surface, and largely beyond our reach. In these immense depths, life unfolds in a perpetual cycle of searching, hunting, and surviving against the most extreme conditions our planet can offer.

Batman & Bill 2017
Batman & Bill 2017

A investigative documentary about restoring historical justice.

For decades, Bob Kane was considered the sole official creator of Batman. The film tells the story of writer Mark Nobleman, who set out to prove that the key elements of the comic book universe—from the costume and Gotham City to the Joker and Robin—were created by the unrecognized co-author Bill Finger, who died in poverty. This is a story about the fight against corporations to restore the great author’s name to the history of pop culture.
