The Wrestler 2008

In the late 1980s, Randy “Baran” Robinson was a well-known professional wrestler. Today, twenty years later, he makes a living performing for small crowds of wrestling fans in school gyms and community centers throughout New Jersey. An aging Randy reflects on his life. He tries to reconnect with his daughter and begins a romance with an aging stripper. However, nothing can compare to the allure of the ring.
