Castaway on the Moon 2009

Kim, a loser, decides to end his life by jumping off a bridge into the Han River. He can’t swim, so death will come quickly. But by a ridiculous twist of fate, the poor fellow is washed ashore on a small island in the middle of the river. Some time later, a reclusive woman—who hasn’t left her room in two years—looks out the window and sees a man on the island, with the word “HELP” written nearby.
