In the U.S. state of Florida, the economy is booming, and as a result, real estate is selling like hotcakes. But Mr. Hammer’s hotel is on the verge of closing—the few guests who do stay are unable to pay for their stays, and the owner himself doesn’t even have the money to pay the hotel staff. So he decides to sell off the land plots of the Coconut Manor and organizes an auction to do so. Meanwhile, much to her mother’s displeasure, the daughter of the hotel’s only wealthy guest falls in love with a humble hotel clerk who dreams of becoming a property owner and is making plans to build a beautiful castle.
