Muriel lives in a small resort town. Her biggest dream is to get married. There’s just one small problem, though: she’s never had a boyfriend. Living in a fantasy world, listening to ABBA and flipping through glossy magazines, Muriel waits in vain for her Prince Charming to appear and whisk her away from her rude father, her dim-witted brothers, her tactless friends, and the stifling atmosphere of the backwater resort.
